Chef John was lured into the culinary world when his passion for this industry and for food was recognized at an early age. John went on to study the Culinary Arts Program at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology Polytechnic, where he learned to develop his own unique style and flair. He later attended the Culinary Business Academy and the American Personal & Private Chefs Institute for Personal Chefs. Upon graduation he continued his career at exclusive restaurants, hotels, country clubs, golf resorts and casinos. Over the years, John worked under influential leaders of the Canadian culinary profession who helped shape his style and depth of knowledge.
John’s culinary philosophy and passion reflects the growing trend towards a healthier and down-to-earth lifestyle. Working with neighbouring farmers to seek out the finest in regional and local organic produce, is the essence of his cuisine. John’s preferences is to allow the natural flavours of food to express themselves.
With the experience and knowledge that John has gained through the years he has specialized in certain diets to help his clients live easier and healthier; celiac disease, gluten-free, lactose intolerance, and diabetic, low-carb, low-fat, soy-free, corn-free, low sodium, low-fat, carbohydrate and low cholesterol, organic, vegan and vegetarian. It takes a talented and passionate chef to prepare special diet meals.
2chefs4you Professional Food Services was born out of John’s passion for food and desire to share his culinary expertise with others. At 2chefs4you our goal is to create a memorable culinary experience by bringing high quality, nutritious food into your own home.

Since she could remember, Chef Jackie had a passion and love for both the culinary arts and baking and pastry. She grew up in a close-knit French Canadian household, and her passion for cooking blossomed at an early age. Jackie transferred her passion into every meal she made, achieving a higher level of satisfaction every time she cooked.
Determined to advance her culinary skills, Chef Jackie enrolled in the prestigious Prince George Friendship Centre, Culinary Arts Program, and Professional Cook Program at the College of New Caledonia. Jackie graduated with high honours and obtained a Bachelors Degree in Culinary Arts. She later attended the Culinary Business Academy and the American Personal & Private Chefs Institute for Personal Chefs. Prior to launching 2chefs4you Professional Food Services, Chef Jackie apprenticed at the upscale four star establishment North 54 Mediterranean Restaurant in Prince George.
Chef Jackie has over two decades of experience as a chef working in a variety of settings including restaurants, hotels, lodges, country clubs, golf resorts, fine dining and catering for large parties and intimate settings. Jackie continually researches the finest culinary venues in order to stay abreast of the latest culinary trends. She has personally tested each recipe and will not serve it to a client unless it passes the chefs rigorous approval process.
